In this role, you’ll match the company’s ambition with your agility to work recruit across functions and communicate with multiple hiring managers. Ways you will make a difference

  • Own the hiring process: Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions by sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, support staff and hourly, and management
  • Build from the ground up: manage full lifecycle recruiting, hiring the talent to start-up and grow this factory
  • Develop pipelines: Develop sustainable pipelines of top talent with a variety of resources and techniques
  • Partner with leaders: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and plant leadership to understand talent needs and deliver top-quality candidates
  • Generate qualified candidates: Use cost-effective recruiting methods such as leveraging networks, sourcing passive candidates, and utilizing the employee referral program 
  • Passively source: Use traditional and innovative sourcing methodologies to identify and attract passive candidates through self-introduction, active candidate engagement, relationship building, and sell Ferrara as an employer of choice
  • Deliver a great candidate experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our culture, values, and commitment to excellence
  • Drive efficiency: Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining speed, quality, and compliance
  • Vendor management: Maintain and monitor vendor relationships
  • Strengthen community ties: Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and workforce agencies to expand talent pools
  • Be an Employer Branding Champion: Champion employer branding initiatives that support recruiting activities

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable working across multiple recruiting platforms forms and sourcing tools
  • Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite experience
  • Proven ability to manage high requisition volumes and deliver quality hires
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to shape workforce planning
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and tools for both exempt and non-exempt hiring
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Experience building a strong professional network that can be leveraged during the recruitment process
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations in a results-measured environment
  • Technical knowledge of cutting-edge recruiting techniques a plus

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $66,457 - $93,039 annually.
