Bulk Receiver 1st Shift
Work Location: Forest Park

As a Bulk Receiver, reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you'll be the first link in our production process, ensuring incoming bulk ingredients meet strict quality standards. You'll verify deliveries, unload raw materials, upload COA data into SAP, and complete essential food safety documentation—all while helping keep our operations running smoothly and our products consistently delicious.
Ways you will make a difference
• Complete written documents for reporting the PO was received
• Upload all COA’s and necessary documents into SAP for all raw material receiving
• Unload raw materials according to the processes designed
• Operate unloading equipment to send raw materials to storage
• Maintain cleanliness of unloading dock, well organized bins, and all pallets to be with correct labels
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of trailers
• Operate unloading equipment to send raw materials to storage
• Operates forklift to unload and move pallets of product from bin area locations to the PSA’s
• Participate and assist in weekly inventory process and year-end process
• Responsible for daily inventory physical counts of in plant raw and bulk materials
• Interact with truck drivers in a professional manner
• Inspects forklift and wooden pallets for damage and cleanliness prior to use and checks forklift battery to verify there is water in the battery prior to use
• Report any safety issues, near misses and injuries with the forklift to the Inventory Supply Supervisor immediately
• Completes quality & food safety system documentation and verifies compliance to program standards. Reports deviations to Quality Manager, Inventory Supply Manager or Inventory Supply Supervisor
• Ensures adherence to safety and GMP policies and standards
• Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor or manager

Experiences that will support your success
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Basic experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and SAP
• Valid forklift license within a year

Compensation
The salary for this role is $27.48 per hour.
