  1. Responsibilities
  1. Preform all responsibilities and duties in a safe manner
  2. Controlling and monitoring Maintenance Stock Room inventories using the provided resources
  3. Review open Purchase Orders on weekly reports for any issues and resolve/inform on those issues
  4. Kit/Stage Maintenance Parts based on the needs of the Maintenance Planner and/or others
  5. Support Maintenance functions by helping locate Maintenance Parts needed for Breakdowns/PMsIdentify Maintenance concerns with incoming parts/services Identify Food and EHS Safety concerns with incoming parts/services
  6. Identify Obsolete Maintenance Parts and correct any issues using the provided resources
  7. Maintain constant communication with Part Vendors and help address any concerns
  8. Create Purchase Requests based on inventory needs
  9. Create/Modify Maintenance Part inventory numbers and descriptions
  10. Keep stock room organized

Ways you will make a difference

  1. Maintain stock minimum safety levels
  1. Cycle count high flow items at a weekly basis
  2. Re-order stock parts
  3. Correct stock discrepancies
  4. Quarterly Cycle count

      

  1. Order and receive Parts
  1. Order emergency parts – Create and submit purchase request (PRs) in Maximo
  2. Follow up with vendors for parts delivery and lead time status
  3. Follow up with the person requesting the part to inform expected time of arrival (ETA)
  4. Create re-order PRs for stock orders and submit to the supervisor/manager for approval and order parts
  5. Research for new replacement parts when OEM parts are not required
  6. Request parts quotes, compare prices and create and submit PRs for final purchase
  7. Receive parts and bring them to the stockroom for quantity ordered verification and good receive (GR) in Maximo.
  8. Enter partial GRs and follow up with vendors for backordered parts
  9. Restock received items physically and verify quantities in Maximo inventory

  • Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks and Lifts preferred
  • SAP and/or other CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Systems is preferred

Salary

$31/ hr with an additional $1/hr time differential
