Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift

Work Location: ​DeKalb​

Due to the highly interactive nature of this manufacturing position, in-person attendance and flexibility are essential for supporting production schedules, effective communication and collaboration, real-time problem solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives. Schedules may vary and are subject to change.

Drive the fast-paced movement of finished candy products in and out of the facility, ensuring seamless coordination of production receipts, inbound materials, customer orders, interplant, inter-warehouse, and special shipments. Lead and motivate hourly teams to deliver excellence across storage, production line support, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipping. 

Ways you will make a difference

  • Manage personnel for safe and efficient finished product warehousing, production supply, outside storage, special packaging, and all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure inventory controls are in place to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Provide safe, sanitary (Housekeeping Program) and secure plant.
  • Services finished product away from all production operations.
  • Maintain dock and storage facilities in an orderly organized manner.
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of trailers.
  • Collaborate with other departments for continuous improvements.
  • Controls assigned shipping location for each customer, intra and interplant shipment.
  • Ensures adherence to safety and GMP policies and standards.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Experiences that will support your success

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic experience in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $81,225 to $113,715 annually.
