Inventory Control Coordinator

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and control within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include conducting daily inventory operations, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting process improvements through data-driven analysis. Key areas of focus include monitoring material usage variances, executing cycle counts and adjustments, generating inventory performance reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ways you will make a difference

Create and maintain detailed inventory reports, including counts, discrepancies, and trend analysis
Analyze and report inventory data to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies and support production schedules
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and Warehouse Management (WM) systems
Ensure correct allocation of inventory to production orders and work centers, supporting operational efficiency
Participate in root-cause investigations for inventory differences, drive corrective action, and verify follow-through
Coach internal employees to use SAP
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation
Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives

Experiences that will support your success

1-3 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or CPG environment
Experience with SAP or related ERP systems and inventory control tool
Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with inventory management systems 
Proven experience in inventory tracking, data analysis, and variance resolution

$26.00 hourly
