Supply Planner

Job Location: ​Chicago​

This role is based out of our corporate HQ located in downtown Chicago and will be a hybrid in-person/remote role. 

Want to make an impact?

  • Work with plant schedulers to assure service and proper inventory build quantities.
  • Supports the tracking and execution of SKU builds.
  • Provides regular status updates to management in weekly meetings on adherence to plan, root cause of delays, risks, and options/tradeoffs/recommendations to minimize impact.
  • Works closely with Brand Managers, Operations Business Managers, and Production Planners on product changes, issues, and roll-outs, and develops plans to minimize any obsolescence.
  • Works across all Supply Chain functions and leads the resolution of issues that are surfaced. 
  • Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.  
  • Understands and demonstrates the Company's core values. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Some travel may be required.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint are required, including management of complex data sets
  • Strong understanding of SAP software (including APO) and Business Objects
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Skills that will make you successful

  • BA/BS; in quantitative majors preferred (i.e., Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, Economics, Business, Logistics)
  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations Management, or related position, i.e., Business, Logistics
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP software and Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence systems preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
