As part of this highly selective program, you will participate in several opportunities across Ferrara’s supply chain, including supply/demand planning, seasonal operations planning, transportation/distribution and more. As a member of the Supply Chain Leadership Program, you will gain unparalleled experiences of the entire supply chain process and have tremendous opportunities for growth and development. This is a corporate role based at our downtown Chicago headquarters.

Experiences that will support your success

  • Current undergraduate Seniors graduating in Spring of 2023
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Familiarity with SAP software and Business Objects/Business Intelligence systems a plus
