Sr. IT Product Manager, Digital Experience

The Sr IT Product Manager, Digital Experience is responsible for the strategic ownership, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise digital experience platforms and capabilities. This IT-owned role partners closely with business stakeholders, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and HR partners to ensure digital solutions and workplace technology are scalable, secure, user-centric, reliable, performant, and user centric.

 

This role provides leadership over the digital experience product lifecycle – from vision and roadmap through delivery, optimization, and lifecycle management. The role directly supervises an IT Analyst, Digital Experience to support analysis, requirements definition, and execution activities.

Ways you will make a difference

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the IT digital experience product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise technology and business objectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and technical capabilities.
  • Define and manage product success metrics (KPIs), service levels, and value realization.
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, analytics, and performance insights.

 

Delivery & Execution

  • Partner with IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and HR teams to deliver digital experience solutions on time and within scope.
  • Oversee release planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation across digital initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise IT governance, Cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party digital platforms as applicable.

 

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary IT product owner and point of contact for digital experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and People and HR teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent digital experience.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

People Leadership

  • Directly manage and mentor the IT Analyst, Digital Experience, providing guidance on requirements gathering, analysis, and execution support.
  • Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned with IT and organizational values.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, or IT solution delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or owning digital experience products (e.g., customer or employee digital experiences).
  • Proven experience working in an IT-owned product or technology environment.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise digital experience platforms (e.g., CMS, personalization, analytics, DAM, portal technologies).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience managing vendors and SaaS-based digital platforms.
  • Product management certifications (CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or SAFe methodologies.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $125,875 - $176,225 annually.
