The Senior Analyst of Ecommerce Supply Chain aids in providing operational support to the sales team acting as a liaison between ecommerce customers and Ferrara Supply Chain and Operations to ensure that customer’s unique and specific needs are met. This support helps bridge the gap between common brick and mortar practices and unique needs for the ecommerce space. 

The Senior Analyst plays key roles to the Customers, Sales Team, and the Ecommerce Supply Chain Senior Manager in owning day to day data consolidation, order processing, monitoring, and reporting, helping flag actionable insights to the team to ensure optimal visibility and understanding in rapidly changing trends.  
 

Ways you will make a difference

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Owns the PO submission and processing workstream to provide maximum fill given Ferrara and Amazon’s deadlines and parameters. When necessary recommending changes to the POs to creatively mitigate any potential cuts and quantifying potential cuts and rational. 
  • Optimizing support and owning business processes to ensure profitability, driving best in industry results in fill rate and charge backs, and ensuring that purchase orders get processed, shipped, and monitored through the stages. 
  • Monitoring chargeback reports to understand any issues and resolve where needed. For any incorrect chargebacks working with Amazon to ensure correction.  
  • Aiding the team in providing in depth and insightful reporting to the Sales Team using both internal and external tools to provide a wholistic picture of current trends, inventory standing, and predicted forecasts. Serving as a resource in making data led recommendations and painting a story through large data sets. 
  • Working as a representative of Ferrara Supply Chain to be a partner with the customer ensuring a strong connection exists. 
  • Monitoring internal inventory positioning to bring attention to smaller company items driving ecommerce fill rate gaps. 
  • Strategic Ad-Hoc support prioritizing relevant initiatives helping support from an operations and supply chain lens
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Must partner with the Amazon.com Account Executive, and Omni-Channel Account executive to drive overall company Ecomm strategy
  • Excellent professional communication, presentation, forecasting and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship management skills, emphasis on collaboration and alignment, across functions & levels
  • Competency and/or demonstrated ability to quickly learn 
  • Excellent at multitasking and being agile
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Experiences that will support your success

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of Supply Chain and/or Transportation related experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in Customer/Channel Marketing; Category Management and/or Sales Operations is a plus
  • Experience working with Ecommerce Pure Play or Omni-Retailers is a plus
  • Experience working on Sugar or Fruit Snacks categories is a plus

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $123,000 annually.
