Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics
Work Location: Chicago
Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

The Supply Chain Analytics Analyst is responsible for analytical and process support on key optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for the Supply Chain organization.
Ways you will make a difference
- Responsible to lead investigations into multiple streams of data to help solve complex business issues
- Perform ad-hoc data mining and analysis to support organizational decisions-making
- Identify trends, research effect drivers, and evaluate results
- Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other operational analysis
- Support Supply Chain functions including planning, procurement, transportation & warehousing, and portfolio management with analytical and project-based efforts on an ad hoc basis
- Prepare abundant ad-hoc reports and contribute to business cases
- Help facilitate cross-functional communication throughout Supply Chain functions
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to Supply Chain business processes
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Experiences that will support your success
- 4+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or Analytics based field
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Related Majors or Business, Finance, Engineering
- Demonstrated experience analyzing, data mining and reporting on large and complex datasets
- Demonstrated knowledge of a data visualization platform (such as Tableau or Power BI)
- Demonstrated Knowledge of SQL or other potential languages (Python, R, VBA etc.) are a plus
- Past Experience in Statistical and Operations Research-based problem solving is a plus
- Working knowledge of SAP S4 and/or SAP IBP is a plus
- High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,325 to $112,455 annually.
