Sr. Analyst, Seasonal Deployment

Job Location: ​Chicago​

This role is based out of our corporate HQ located in downtown Chicago and will be a hybrid in-person/remote role.

The position of Sr. Analyst, Seasonal Deployment provides operational and analytical support to the Seasonal organization. Specifically, they are responsible for the deployment of Seasonal finished goods across the FCC network and for collaborating cross-functionally to ensure service requirements are consistently met on time, communicated and at the lowest cost.

  • Owns inventory movement across Plants & Distribution Centers (DCs) to meet service & cost targets
  • Develops and maintains the team’s reporting and dashboards using BOBJ, Excel, and Tableau
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Supply Planning and Customer Supply Chain to optimize service and proactively identify issues
  • Creates and rolls out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem-Solving, and Countermeasure Development activities
  • Maintains relevant Master Data settings and corrective action from health checks
  • Executes special inventory projects (rebalance of DC, network changes, etc.)
  • Assist in maintaining ERP system hygiene and understanding of system cadences/chains
  • Represents the Company’s core values and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Completes Seasonal Deployment responsibilities for Commercialization activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management) 
  • 3+ years’ experience in key supply chain areas (Deployment, Supply Planning, Distribution, etc.) 
  • ERP experience (preferably SAP)
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $78,750 to $110,250 annually.
