Sr. Analyst, Network Capacity Planning

Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

The Network Capacity Planning Sr. Planner will work in Operations, in particular related to Integrated Business Planning process, Network Capacity Planning and Supply Planning. This Sr. Anlayst will have exposure to senior leadership in meetings, and will be responsible for coordinating initiatives throughout a cross-functional team. The Sr. Analyst will bring together manufacturing, commercialization and supply planning activity in the 5 month to 3 year time frame to provide insights to the business regarding mid to long term capacity. This will come to life within the IBP process in Plant Site Reviews, Manufacturing Review and Supply Chain Review. 

Ways you will make a difference

  • Facilitate IBP Site Review and Manufacturing Review meetings including: creating agenda, preparing PowerPoint slides, updating Excel documents, taking notes and following up. These meetings will “tell the story” of our capacity outlook from 5 months to 3 years and drive meaningful actions to ensure Ferrara is poised to support the business objectives. 
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to align interests and drive change in the organization
  • Perform ad hoc analysis in Excel to support IBP and Network Capacity Planning. Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations 
  • Perform ad hoc work in SAP (will learn this on the job, minimal complexity)
  • Improve data quality by participating in data clean-up activities
  • Create and distribute essential Operations reporting using SAP/Business Objects/Excel/Tableau
  • Initiate supply chain projects through the project leader role

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field
  • Microsoft Excel (pivot tables a plus, could learn, VBA a plus)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint – able to put together basic presentations
  • Project/Process leadership 
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required
  • Tableau experience preferred, but not required

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,325 to $112,455 annually.
