Sr. Analyst, HRIS

Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

The HRIS Team supports all HR applications including SuccessFactors and Kronos Workforce Pro. Our team works directly with various stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues as well as develop enhancements and new features. Most importantly, we act as a strategic partner leveraging on our service provider developing solutions to automate and simplify processes for our business partners.
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will work closely with Corporate HR, HR Field Team, and the Information Technology Team to help drive a variety of projects and initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to serve as resource for the support and configuration of Ferrara’s SuccessFactors platform, UKG Time Keeping and across multiple functional areas (Time-Keeping, HCM, Benefits, Compensation, etc.).
Ways you will make a difference
- Overall knowledge of the main HR Processes (Talent, Time & Attendance, Payroll).
- Strategically participate in the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of all HR applications.
- Support the HR users, ensuring that Ferrara’s systems (SuccessFactors, UKG, work zone) are working as intended and act as first level of support in case of system incidents
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve system/data issues.
- Ensure the correct utilization of the maintenance support to handle incident/small configuration that requires technical interventions.
- Initiate system and process improvements using best practice guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Work on projects to enhance processes and coordinate communications activities.
- Collaborate with Ferrara IT groups to ensure alignments of new solutions.
- Provide functional/technical system support and escalate to team members when necessary.
- Perform data audits to assist in maintaining data integrity.
- Build and distribute high level reports as needed.
- Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and create requirements documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders such as HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Compensation Team, Benefits Team, Talent Acquisition team.
- Business Acumen to understand the business, relationships and stakeholders showing an innate curiosity regarding the theory and in practice how things work.
- Broad knowledge of multiple functional areas within SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
- A basic understanding of integration systems and related security.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential employee data.
Experiences that will support your success
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
- Preferred 3+ years of experience designing/using SAP SuccessFactors
- Preferred 3+ years of experience designing/using and administering UKG products.
- Working knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations that impact paycheck and time and attendance records.
- Experience managing projects using standard project management methodologies.
- Intermediate level MS Excel skills.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,325 to $112,455 annually.
