The PRGM Sr Manager is responsible for supporting primarily pricing and secondarily promotional analysis for the Everyday Sugar business.

Ways you will make a difference

  • This position is responsible for the rigorous analysis and monitoring of competitive pricing actions, assessing pricing elasticities and providing strategic pricing recommendations.
  • This position will provide pricing action analytics which includes volume and P&L impact, working with cross-functional teams on pricing action alignment, preparing external Sales Communication package, updating price lists and internal communication FAQs, etc. 
  • This position is responsible for sourcing and developing insights of the latest market trends, competition actions, promotion return on investment (ROI) performance, optimization levers and profit improvement opportunities, communicating those insights to the Finance, Brand and Sales leadership and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Assist the development of annual Promotional Plan of Record (PPR) that support Ferrara Sugar brands strategic priorities.
  • Develop commercialization guidelines, and provide recommendations to Brand and Finance to support development of new innovations and product launches, ensure they fit into our portfolios Price Pack Architecture (PPA)

Skills that will make you successful

  • 5-8 years’ experience in related accounting/financial experience, CPG experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of Consumer Goods P&L fundamentals, finance, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions and processes
  • Excellent technical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Knowledge of SAP, EPM or similar ERP system
  • Cross-functional partnership experience, broad strategic thinking and strong influencing and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Ability to articulate clearly and concisely financial concepts to non-finance business partners
  • Ability to lead, attract, and retain high potential talent
  • Experience with Circana / Retail Data Analytics

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $112,425-$157,395 annually.
