We’re looking for current Juniors interested in a career in Sales to join our competitive, 10-week internship program.  As a part of the Sales Summer Internship Program, you will have an immersive experience by rotating through many of the key functions including Retail, Category Management, Sales Operations, and Sales Strategy and Customer Marketing. Through these rotations, mentorship, networking events, and a final project, you will grow in your leadership and understanding of our culture, ultimately providing a strong foundation to a future career in Sales at Ferrara. 

 

This program is currently planned as a hybrid remote/in-person opportunity. Must be able to travel to our Chicago office up to 3X per week.  

Ways you will make a difference

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external business partners 
  • Support field Sales team with analytical data 
  • Engage in customer meetings and participate in sales strategy planning 
  • Learn from mentors at peer and leadership level 
  • Present final project to the senior leadership team of the Sales function
