The Principal IT Product Manager, Commercial & Corporate Functions plays a strategic role in designing and governing SAP platforms and solutions across a large-scale, complex enterprise environment. This role ensures Ferrara’s Commercial Platform are secure, scalable, standardized, and aligned with strategic business and technology roadmaps.
The Principal IT Product Manager, Commercial, will work directly with Business leaders, IT Leaders and external Service Providers leading enterprise-wide SAP, non-SAP technology platforms facilitating the delivery of scalable, easy-to-sustain standardized solutions. A keen understanding of the goals and objectives of the Commercial function is required.
Ways you will make a difference
Product Management Strategy & Architecture
- Lead enterprise Commercial architecture across OTC, Trade Management, CO-PA, Deduction Management, AP/AR, Retail, RGM, and supporting platforms including HighRadius, OpenText VIM, DRC, and Thomson Reuters OneSource.
- Design scalable, resilient SAP-centric solutions spanning applications, data platforms, and integration layers that enable end-to-end commercial processes
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy, investment priorities, and Go-to-Market models (1P/2P/3P, POS data, unified data strategy, field execution)
- Establish governance frameworks, security guardrails, and architectural standards to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.
Product Delivery & Operational Leadership
- Provide technical and strategic leadership across commercial and manufacturing initiatives. Manage concurrent programs aligned to business priorities while driving quality, cost optimization, automation, and process standardization.
- Partner with operations to meet design, build, and test milestones. Lead root cause analysis, oversee documentation and engineering rigor, manage budgets, staffing, capital planning, and maintain a strong safety culture.
Security, Risk & Technology Advisory
- Embed enterprise-grade security and compliance controls across cloud and commercial platforms. Conduct risk assessments and ensure disaster recovery and resilience.
- Lead architectural direction for transformation programs, guide cross-functional teams, manage commercial budgets, and ensure solution alignment with enterprise integration and architecture principles.
Automation & Stakeholder Alignment
- Drive global standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across commercial and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, architects, vendors, and integrators to translate strategy into scalable solutions, presenting clear trade-offs and risk assessments to executive audiences.

Experiences that will support your success
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Director/Lead role in Commercial Domain
- Preferred Enterprise Certifications:
- SAP Certification (S/4 HANA, SAP Activate), TPM, TPO, RGM, Agile/Scrum Product Owner
- Project Management Certification(Agile/Scrum Product Master), PMP( Optional)

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $141,216 - $197,702 annually.
