Pricing and Billing Coordinator
Work Location: Chicago
Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

The Pricing Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the Sales Management and Customer Service teams throughout the order management process to resolve open pricing exceptions. The Pricing Coordinator also works cross functionally to ensure the accuracy of list prices, maintain pricing conditions, and support the commercialization of newly commercialized items. This person will also be responsible for the publication of the National Price List.
The Pricing Coordinator will report to the Pricing and Billing Manager.
Ways you will make a difference
- Work closely with Sales Management and Customer Service to resolve open pricing exceptions
- Accurately input SKU level prices into SAP or trade promotion management system(s) in a timely manner
- Work alongside cross functional partners to ensure accurate bracket prices are established and maintained in SAP
- Maintain daily pricing error report and communicate internally the status of pricing error resolution and work diligently to keep pricing exceptions at minimum
- Work with Sales Strategy and Brand Managers to regularly publish the National Price List
- Monitor communications with Sales Management and Customer Service and follow up as needed
- Work with Project Managers to confirm accurate pricing for newly commercialized items and enter estimated price in SAP to ensure forecast accuracy for everyday and seasonal
- Provide support to Sales Management on trade promotion management system as needed
- Accurately assign Trade Promotion Groups on newly commercialized items
- Provide support on pricing adjustments
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, and Revenue Recognition Policy
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experiences that will support your success
- Minimum 3 years experience with CPG preferred
- Proficiency with the MS Excel and Office suite
- Proficient experience using key Excel functions, including: V-lookups, pivot tables, pivot charts and conditional formatting
- S4 Hana, BluePlanner Experience is a plus

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $61,950 - $86,730 annually.
