P&O (HR) People Hub Manager

As a manager in the People Hub team within People & Organization (P&O), you will lead a team of Analysts who act as the first point of contact for Ferrara colleagues, assisting with inquiries and providing solutions while demonstrating care, empathy and respect. Your team handles a variety of tasks, such as processing data transactions in P&O systems, resolving issues and improving process performance. Through effective and inspiring leadership, you'll ensure the P&O People Hub delivers a great experience for Ferrara colleagues while safeguarding compliance and improving efficiency for the Company.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Lead team of People Hub analysts in consistent delivery of accurate and timely People support to Ferrara colleagues.
  • Oversee People operations, ensuring effectiveness, compliance and efficiency in employee onboarding, time & attendance, leave of absence, termination and other processes related to HR master data.
  • Develop talent, building capability and defining clear ways of working in order to realize a high-performing team.
  • Collaborative effectively across P&O teams in both office and plant settings. Be a champion for change and strengthen trust by addressing stakeholder friction points.
  • Standardize and continuously improve HR procedures to improve the People Hub’s handling of inquiries and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations by maintaining awareness of labor laws and best practices.
  • Manage People Hub performance, using key performance indicators to measure and track progress.
  • Oversee management of data in HR information systems, ensuring accuracy, promoting quality and reinforcing data privacy standards.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, working with P&O teams and the business to achieve organizational goals as One Community.

Skills that will make you successful

  • 5+ years of work experience – previous experience leading teams in shared services, contact center or professional service delivery environment is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HR systems, processes and practices, with ability to navigate common enterprise HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and capable of independently establishing priorities
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information with unwavering attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality service in a professional manner while managing a high volume of transactions
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $99,600-139,440 annually.
