P&O (HR) People Hub Analyst

As an Analyst in the People Hub within People & Organization (P&O), you will be the first point of contact for Ferrara colleagues, assisting with inquiries and providing solutions while demonstrating care, empathy and respect. You will handle a variety of tasks, such as processing data transactions in P&O systems, resolving issues and improving process performance. Alongside your teammates, you'll ensure the People Hub delivers a great experience for Ferrara colleagues while safeguarding compliance and improving efficiency for the Company.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Handle incoming service requests from customers (mostly Ferrara colleagues) regarding P&O (HR) procedures, policies and systems.
  • Make outbound contact to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm information, or communicate resolution of an issue and provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coach P&O colleagues in business partnership and centers of excellence on how to use HR systems and standard processes to promote effective self-service.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects. Create and maintain process maps to capture HR activities and roles. Work under supervision to evaluate potential improvements, test changes, learn from results and adjust accordingly.
  • Ability to enter data and submit transactions correctly and accurately in our HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Document resolution of service requests and contribute to development of standard process documentation.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and collaborate closely within the People Hub to resolve service requests and consistently meet performance standards to consistently deliver great service.

Skills that will make you successful

  • 2+ years of work experience – previous experience in shared services, contact center or professional service delivery environment is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HR systems, processes and practices, with ability to navigate common enterprise HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and capable of independently establishing priorities
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information with unwavering attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality service in a professional manner while managing a high volume of transactions
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $68,625-96,075 annually.
