Manager, Learning Experience & Innovation ‎

Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

The Manager, Learning & Innovation will lead the design and delivery of modern, engaging and scalable digital learning experiences.

Ways you will make a difference

Learning Experience Design

  • Designing impactful learning experiences by applying adult learning theory and instructional design best-practices to create modern learning programs
  • Build and maintain scalable content libraries, including learner journeys, certification programs, videos, and assessments
  • Serve as the learner’s advocate, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and engaging
  • Measure and analyze the impact of learning programs using performance metrics and feedback loops
  • Research emerging AI and learning technologies, bringing innovative ideas into instructional design and enablement

 

LMS Administration

  • Administer and maintain the SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and accessible
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and SuccessFactors support teams
  • Content Management: upload, test, and manage learning content, courses, and other educational materials
  • Ensure content complies with organizational and industry standards and legal requirements
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on course participation, completion rates, and other key metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making for learning strategies
  • Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the LMS
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to help users effectively navigate the system
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements between platforms (LMS, Percipio, Alchemy, etc.)
  • Test new features and functionality as they are released, ensuring they meet organizational needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies

  • Strong understanding of management systems, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to system improvements
  • Deep technical aptitude and familiarity with LMS platforms and technology
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a SuccessFactors LMS administrator
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $102,500 - $142,500 annually.
