Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

As the Global Financial Reporting Manager you will play a critical leadership role in enhancing the financial reporting function for a dynamic, fast growing organization. You will:

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Ferrara’s global reporting requirements in accordance with both US GAAP and IFRS
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements that increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting across multiple jurisdictions
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions through timely, transparent, and insightful financial information
  • Play a key role in major initiatives such as M&A activities, system transformations, and compliance enhancements that impact the broader organization
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

Ways you will make a difference

  • Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting and consolidation cycles for all Ferrara entities worldwide
  • Ensure thorough review of each segment's Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the quarter-end and year-end U.S. GAAP bank reporting process in collaboration with the Treasury team
  • Manage the preparation of the annual IFRS group reporting package
  • Lead the annual audit process, ensuring compliance of subsidiary reporting requirements
  • Research and assess technical accounting matters and provide guidance on new accounting standards
  • Support ad-hoc financial reporting projects, such as M&A activities and enhancements of financial reporting tools
  • Develop key partnerships across finance sectors (FP&A, Tax, Internal Controls) and other departments (Legal, Procurement, IT) to ensure cohesive operations

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and/or technical accounting
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • U.S. GAAP and IFRS experience highly preferred
  • Experience with a consolidation system such as Oracle FCCS, HFM, or OneStream preferred

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $99,600-139,440 annually.
