Maintenance Supervisor, 3rd Shift

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining organization of the Maintenance Department through effective supervision of personnel. The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and education to the crafts, programs, and policies and procedures. The position is responsible for enforcing company, plant, and department policies, enforcing safety and sanitation hygiene rules, providing education and cross-training resources, supervising administration for departmental personnel, and other managerial tasks as needed.

Skills that will make you successful

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with maintenance management systems and computer software a plus - Maximo, SAP and Redzone experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid oral and written communication skills

Experiences that will support your success

 

  • 3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance Management experience required
  • HS Diploma or GED and a 2 year Associate’s Degree in Technical field required
  • Experience leading a team of employees with varying levels of experience
  • Understanding of plant/manufacturing maintenance - Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and procedures

$80,325 to $112,455
