This program is currently planned as a hybrid remote/in-person opportunity.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Partner with HR leaders on meaningful projects across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, DEI, HR Operations, and Workforce Planning.
  • Support recruiting efforts by helping source and coordinate candidates for both hourly and salaried roles.
  • Assist with onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and excited to join the team.
  • Analyze HR data and help turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to employee communications, presentations, and HR process improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and gain exposure to how HR supports a fast-moving, consumer-focused business.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, mentorship, and intern-specific events designed to accelerate your growth.

  • Previous internship, work, or project experience (HR experience a plus, but not required)
  • Committed to a career in HR, people strategy, and manufacturing.
