This program is currently planned as a hybrid remote/in-person opportunity.
Ways you will make a difference
- Partner with HR leaders on meaningful projects across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, DEI, HR Operations, and Workforce Planning.
- Support recruiting efforts by helping source and coordinate candidates for both hourly and salaried roles.
- Assist with onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and excited to join the team.
- Analyze HR data and help turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to employee communications, presentations, and HR process improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and gain exposure to how HR supports a fast-moving, consumer-focused business.
- Engage in professional development opportunities, mentorship, and intern-specific events designed to accelerate your growth.

Experiences that will support your success
- Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field with plans to graduate in the Spring of 2027
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership or involvement on campus
- Previous internship, work, or project experience (HR experience a plus, but not required)
- Committed to a career in HR, people strategy, and manufacturing.
