Finance Leadership Development Program - Spring 2024 Grads

What You'll Do:

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year rotational program for graduating students with Bachelor's degrees. The program is designed to develop exceptional analytical skills and provide participants with solid operational knowledge across three unique finance/accounting rotations. These rotations are determined by business needs in addition to your interests. Participants have program-specific curriculum and receive a dedicated Steering Committee mentor, who is a senior finance leader. Finance Development Program participants graduate the program with a strong foundation of accounting, finance and are ready to lead future financial initiatives throughout the company.
