FP&A Sr. Manager

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Finance Manager to oversee planning, forecasting, and performance analysis related to SG&A and R&D across Ferrara. This role partners closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure financial accountability, strategic investment decisions, and efficient resource allocation as the business grows both domestically and internationally. The role reports to the Sr. Director, FP&A.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for SG&A and R&D, ensuring alignment with company strategy and cost targets.
  • Partner with business leaders and functional heads to drive alignment of spend with priorities and enforce budget discipline.
  •   Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support strategic decision-making through robust financial modeling, proposals, and business cases.
  •  Enhance Oracle EPM tool functionality and reporting infrastructure; onboard and train new team members.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class FP&A practices to improve modeling, planning, profitability analysis, and business partnerships.
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to the HR team and other cross-functional groups.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team to support expanding SG&A and R&D needs.

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably within CPG or manufacturing.
  • Experience leading an SG&A team preferred; proven track record of developing, implementing, redefining processes and systems to enhance planning, analysis, and reporting capabilitie
  • Experience integrating acquired companies a plus, including integration of financial systems and implementing planning and reporting processe
  • Strong P&L fundamentals and ability to explain key financial drivers to senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle EPM, especially EPBCS.
  • Proven experience leading both projects and people.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $112,425-157,395 annually.
