Ways you will make a difference
As the Director, eCommerce Sales, you will be at the forefront of our digital evolution. You will:
- Define & execute the Amazon strategy – Lead the end-to-end strategy for our Amazon business, ensuring net sales delivery, sustained growth, profitability, and market leadership.
- Strengthen our Amazon relationships – Lead the Amazon team with negotiating contracts, managing joint business plans, and securing strategic partnerships.
- Ensure first mover advantage with emerging eCommerce customers (i.e. Social Commerce, Rapid Commerce)
- Drive revenue & market share growth – Develop and execute a high-impact sales & marketing roadmap, leveraging pricing, promotions, advertising, and content to maximize conversion and visibility.
- Leverage data to unlock opportunities – Partner with Category Management and Retail Media teams to build a best-in-class analytics approach to drive actionable insights, optimize investments, and stay ahead of customers evolving algorithms.
- Lead & inspire a high-performing team – Mentor, develop, and grow a team of Sales account managers, analysts, and to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
- Foster and evangelize eCommerce growth and best practices throughout the Sales Organization

- eCommerce & Retail Fluency – Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, seller/vendor dynamics, fulfillment models (1P, 3P, Hybrid), and operational best practices. Understanding of broader omni-channel landscape and total store implications
- Cross-Functional Agility – Ability to navigate and influence across supply chain, finance, retail media, sales strategy and category management.
- Growth & Performance Mindset – A relentless drive for innovation, continuous improvement, and outperforming industry benchmarks.
Experiences that will support your success
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in Sales including Amazon account management, ideally within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Proven leadership in a high-growth, digital-first environment, with experience managing Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and hybrid business models.
- Track record of delivering double-digit revenue growth
- Strong P&L ownership experience, with the ability to forecast, manage trade budgets, and optimize profitability.
- A history of leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of agility, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional excellence.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $142,000 - $198,000 annually.
