Deductions Analyst

The purpose of this position is to address and resolve customer deductions for an assigned portfolio. Additionally, this position is responsible for securing all the documentation required to either clear or refute customer deductions by working with the Sales Organization and the Broker network.

Ways you will make a difference

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

 

  • Assume overall responsibility for an assigned customer Deductions portfolio
  • Generate and review deductions Aged Trial Balance on an on-going basis
  • Identify delinquent items on a timely basis and take corrective actions
  • Obtain supporting documentation for customer deductions and update all relevant fields within SAP
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Work with the Trade Spending group as needed
  • Escalate any unresolved deductions to Sales Management
  • Facilitate the flow of items into the deduction resolution tool (High Radius)
  • Manage the clearing of items within the deduction resolution tool
  • Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • SAP and/or High Radius experience is a plus but previous trade management tools preferred

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $68,625-96,075 annually.
