In this role, the Brand Manager translates brand(s) strategies and initiatives into an actionable Go To Market approach across U.S. Retail from the lens of the retail customer / channel perspective.  They are actively engaged and participating in several important business processes, e.g. Integrated Business Planning, Brand Plan development, and Sales Playbook, Channel Strategies / Plans.  This role is responsible for both short term and long term business planning across base business and innovation. Critical skills for the role include the ability to articulate a simple narrative within a complex portfolio, and cross functional stakeholder management. Role reports to Sr. Director, US Brands.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Support the translation of brand(s) strategies and initiatives into an actionable Go To Market approach 
  • Lead communication and equity development to drive unique brand positioning within the market, with consideration of a multi-funnel, omni-channel approach.
  • Lead Brand Marketing projects with commercial implications (e.g., innovation, renovation, price/pack architecture)
  • Support cross functional collaboration across internal key stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Growth / Innovation, Marketing Services, and Finance) to drive brand strategy and deliver on brand growth goals.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of product quality that strengthens our brand equity and extends the gap vs. key competitors
  • Own Profit and Loss responsibility for portfolio, managing to both topline and bottom line brand goals

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience
