Brand Analyst, Transformational Innovation

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Transformational Innovation, the Brand Analyst will have the unique opportunity to drive the implementation of strategic agenda of the company, in partnership with cross functional teams.
This individual will help shape and drive critical initiatives spanning marketing, innovation, and sales during a very exciting time of growth for the company and category. There will be exposure to senior leadership and a wide variety of business challenges. The role is based in Chicago, Illinois, hybrid as the responsibilities allow, and will require <10% travel.
Ways you will make a difference
- Contributing to the company’s mid- and long-term strategy through strong synthesis of information
- Supporting the strategic rationale for recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Shaping and authoring deliverables and strategic frameworks in a clear, impactful, and engaging way
- Liaising cross functionally to facilitate necessary connection points amongst teams, garnering support and alignment for strategic frameworks and projects
- Managing the day-to-day project progression to meet goals and timelines, owning key priority projects from start to finish, partnering with commercialization teams
- Coordinating, scheduling, and conducting the review of key deliverables and work plan updates
- Support the cross-functional leadership role of Transformational Innovation in order to build a high performance cross-functional environment

Experiences that will support your success
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 4+ years' experience in consulting, brand management, product management, or market research preferred, CPG industry experience is required.

Compensation
The Salary Range for this position is $69,000 - $95,000.
