Analyst, Reporting & Consolidation

Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

The Analyst, Reporting & Consolidation is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely delivery of Ferrara’s global financial reporting requirements in accordance with both US GAAP and IFRS standards. This role assists with consolidation and financial reporting activities across entities operating in multiple functional currencies while contributing to process improvements and system enhancements that increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely, transparent, and insightful financial information that supports key business decisions. Additionally, this analyst plays an active role in major initiatives including M&A activities, system transformations, and compliance enhancements impacting the broader organization.
Ways you will make a difference
- Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting and consolidation cycles for all Ferrara entities worldwide
- Prepare each segment's Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Prepare and review quarterly reporting unit analytics to evaluate financial performance, identify trends and variances, and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Assist with the annual audit process under US GAAP and IFRS, including preparation of the annual financial statements and related footnotes
- Research and assess technical accounting matters and new accounting standards
- Support ad-hoc financial reporting projects, such as M&A activities and enhancement of financial reporting tools
- Responsible for the execution of month end close steps including journal entries and reconciliations

Experiences that will support your success
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial reporting and/or technical accounting
- U.S. GAAP and IFRS experience preferred
- Experience with a consolidation system such as Oracle FCCS, HFM, or OneStream preferred
- High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $71,100 - $99,540 annually.
