Analyst, Master Data

Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for driving governance, quality, and integrity of master data to support critical business operations. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Product Development, Procurement, Operations, IT, and SAP functional teams to establish data standards, improve business processes, and ensure master data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Guide business partners on data standards, governance policies and best practices
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure quality data and compliance within the industry standards!
  • Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to identify data discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and recommend solutions to enhance data accuracy.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure data alignment and support business processes.

Experiences that will support your success

  • BA/BS in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 yrs of experience Master Data Management and Data Governance within the CPG industry
  • Understanding Supply Chain, Manufacturing processes
  • Strong SAP technical expertise and experience

Skills that will make you successful

  • Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, MDG, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with cross functional team at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, material life cycle management and data quality best practices.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $71,100 - $99,540 annually.
