Analyst, Deployment & Inventory Strategy
Job Location: Chicago
This role is based out of our corporate HQ located in downtown Chicago and will be a hybrid in-person/remote role.

The position of Analyst, Deployment and Inventory Strategy provides operational and analytical support to the organization. Specifically, they are responsible for the deployment of finished goods across the FCC network and for collaborating cross-functionally to ensure service requirements are consistently met on time and at the lowest cost.
Ways you will make a difference
- Owns inventory movement across Plants & Distribution Centers (DCs) to meet service & cost targets
- Maintains the team’s reporting and dashboards using BOBJ and Excel
- Collaborates cross-functionally to adhere to the supply plan and adapt to the unexpected
- Creates and rolls out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Aids in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem-Solving, and Countermeasure Development activities
- Maintains relevant Master Data settings and corrective action from health checks
- Executes special inventory projects (rebalance of DC, network changes, etc.)
- Assists in maintaining ERP system hygiene and understanding of system cadences/chains
- Represents the Company’s core values and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned

Experiences that will support your success
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering)
- +1 years’ experience in key supply chain areas (Deployment, Supply Planning, Distribution, etc.)
- ERP experience (preferably SAP)
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $68,625 to $96,075 annually.
