Account Manager - Amazon Fresh/Omni Channel

The Account Manager will plan and execute business-driving initiatives through internal cross-functional collaboration to achieve company objectives aligned with our customers' objectives. He/she/they will build a strategy for the Everyday and Seasonal businesses to deliver profitable, sustainable growth for Ferrara.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Develop and retain long-term, collaborative relationships with Amazon Fresh, Amazon GO, and key Omni-Channel customers via excellent customer service
  • Aid in development of a strategic Go-To-Market plan for our Omni-Channel customers
  • Establish internal relationships to effectively influence and collaboratively achieve objectives
  • Own the Everyday & Seasonal process and coordinate cross-functional needs while adhering to Ferrara and our customers timelines (Line Review, Commitments, Samples, Item Setup, Graphic Approvals, Orders, Tracking/Analysis)
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to deliver profitable, sustainable growth while mitigating risks
  • Meet or exceed company growth objectives while adhering to trade budget
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to ensure Customer Service levels are met/exceeded
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with Category Leadership, Supply Chain, SSCM, and Ecomm Marketing to maximize results
  • Desire to provide input to continuously improve processes
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values & adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Self-starter who proactively identifies business risks & opportunities with the ability to understand the financials of a P&L
  • Detail-oriented. Strong organization skills and ability to manage processes effectively
  • Understand and ability to analyze data (Shipments & syndicated), develop fact-based recommendations, and create & deliver strong presentations across functions & levels, internally and externally
  • Must partner with the Amazon.com Account Executive, and Omni-Channel Account executive to drive overall company Ecomm strategy
  • Excellent professional communication, presentation, forecasting and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship management skills, emphasis on collaboration and alignment, across functions & levels
  • Competency and/or demonstrated ability to quickly learn 
  • Excellent at multitasking and being agile
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
     

Experiences that will support your success

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of Sales or related experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in Customer/Channel Marketing; Category Management and/or Sales Operations is a plus
  • Experience working with Ecommerce Pure Play or Omni-Retailers is a plus
  • Experience working on Sugar or Fruit Snacks categories is a plus

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $86,500 - $121,000 annually.
