Regional Director, APAC (Asia, Pacific)

The Regional Director, APAC, will be responsible for developing the Chinese market as a priority, but also the key markets in the APAC region by leading and executing the Ferrara International business plan in the region. This role will oversee all aspects of Ferrara’s business in APAC including identifying business needs and opportunities to position and develop our brands locally, satisfying expectations from different external stakeholders, such as sales and distribution partners, local trade, and the end consumer.
This role will based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Ways you will make a difference
- Own and manage the P&L for the region and ensure achievement of business KPIs
- Manage all aspects of the business processes such as planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the development of Ferrara brands in China primarily, and other key markets.
- Oversee and manage the sales execution in China and key markets in APAC, leveraging a strong network of distributors (within the Ferrero ecosystem or third parties) in order to ensure an optimal presence and visibility of our global brand portfolio in the points of sale.
- With the support of the global Marketing team, oversee all local marketing execution in China and APAC markets, including A&P planning/execution.
- With the support of our global team, build an efficient and reliable supply chain network to secure the supply of the Ferrara products in the region
- Facilitate top-level relationships within Ferrara, local distributors, local production partners, and other service providers as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Experiences that will support your success
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in consumer products in sales and marketing
- Experience working internationally and in the APAC region
- Experience with the Chinese market is a requirement
